HI THERE!
I’m Tracey.

I am the founder of RESET:breathe. I started this business in 2017 when my youngest of 4 kids, Luke, turned 1. I was a tired, overwhelmed mom who wanted my life to be easier and I knew there were lots of others who were seeking to regain balance too.

In 2015, one of my close friends passed away from cancer at the age of 33. She had a one-year-old son and it was a loss that changed me forever. It also inspired me to make the best life for myself and my family that I possibly could.

Ever since I was young, movement and exercise have been a big part of my life. I definitely don’t always love it before or during, but afterwards, it makes me a better version of myself and it makes me a better mom to my kids.

I want to help others feel good and I will forever be an advocate for movement because that is what it does. It’s not about being a certain size or looking a certain way, it’s about how good you feel after and how that benefits the rest of your life.

We get to show up for ourselves and when we do, we need to celebrate it. You are worth it. You are awesome.
