18 Jun Reset gets recognized!
So last week was a pretty incredible week. The past ten months have been a complete whirl wind and every single day I am grateful and inspired by my reset:breathe squad. I have always been involved in sports and always loved being a member of a team but this community brought the importance of that to a whole new level for me. My reset team has renewed my belief that we are all better off when we are part of something that is bigger than us. The power of community and the strength we derive from belonging can have a hugely positive influence on our lives.
Being recognized by the Faces of Fusion 2018 organization and being awarded the Health and Wellness award at last Thursdays awards evening were both tremendous honours for me. What was the coolest part of the whole thing though, was the opportunity to reflect on how far this team has come. I’m so proud of us. I’m so proud of what’s to come and I’m so grateful for each and every one of my squad. #wedidthis
